Route Departmentale 25 (RD-25) is a secondary road in Sud, Haiti.

RD-25, locally known as the RN-2 extension, is a secondary highway in the Haiti's Sud department, connecting the Les Cayes, and the [Les Chardonnières regions. The route consists of the southernmost extension of miles (km) of RN-2, a major interdepartmental highway that extends east through the Tiburon Peninsula to Port-au-Prince. It is a major thoroughfare for traffic between the outer peninsula and the capital, as well as points between.

South of its junction at RN-2 in Les Cayes, the highway becomes RD-25, extending miles (km) to Route Departmentale 72, about miles (km) from the Grand'Anse border. This segment was initially signed as a RD-72 instead of 25, but it has being upgraded to so it would become part of the highway network in the future. Including this segment, the entire length of Route 25 is miles (km).

Route 25 has several portions.
